Andrew Knutson is the VP of Growth & Development for BAHAMA Consulting, which means, he drinks a lot of coffee, while discussing IT talent resourcing and Star Wars. His experience ranges from individual IT resource requests and has scaled to multi-year, large scale, team builds.

Andrew actually started his career with BAHAMA over 15 years ago. After working with BAHAMA for two years, he continued a career that spanned to two large regional staffing firms and two large national firms with a primary focus around building and training internal sales teams and external focus around helping to acquire new clients while constructing custom talent sourcing for small to Fortune 100 organizations. Andrew is a Star Wars fanatic, plain and simple. Most clients, friends and family, and his very incredible wife, know that Andrew wears his Star Wars infatuation on his sleeve, along with his absolute passion around golf!
