Bert Hill

Bert Hill co-founded BAHAMA Consulting in the summer of 2002, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. His career spans the full spectrum of IT roles—from hands-on programming to executive leadership. Bert began his journey as a programmer and has since served as a consultant, recruiter, sales and recruiting manager, and ultimately, business owner.

Before launching BAHAMA Consulting, he worked across a wide range of organizations, from startups to global firms, including experience with the Big Four. Bert holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.

Outside the office, Bert enjoys traveling, attending plays, concerts, and sporting events, visiting dog parks with Kendall and Jackson, and spending quality time with family and friends.
