Caleb Dachtler

Client Partner

As a Client Partner, Caleb works directly with hiring managers to fill open positions across a wide range of skillsets. He works closely with BAHAMA’s Recruitment Team to ensure both the needs of the candidate and client are aligned. Caleb prides himself in building relationships with his clients and enjoys the business development aspect of his role as he gets to contribute to the full lifecycle of the business.

Before joining the team at BAHAMA Consulting in 2021, Caleb worked as an Employment Specialist for Express Employment Professionals. His experience there provided him with the necessary tools to succeed in the recruiting profession. Previous to his experience in the staffing industry, Caleb worked for Sporting Kansas City as a Youth Program Coordinator, where he traveled around the Midwest to affiliated clubs and provided them with coaching education. Outside of the office, Caleb enjoys coaching for Fusion Soccer Club and playing pick-up soccer when he gets the chance. He also loves hiking and camping with his German Shepherd, Baloo.
