Christina Buckley joined BAHAMA Consulting in April 2024 as the Vice President of Recruiting and Operations, bringing over 13 years of experience in technology consulting. She is passionate about building strong business relationships, connecting top talent with career-changing opportunities and leading high-performing recruiting teams. While prioritizing authenticity and transparency in an often transactional industry, her honest and open communication style fosters trust, strengthens partnerships, and drives long-term success for both candidates and clients.

Before joining BAHAMA, Christina’s career spans across local consulting firms, hiring and placing consultants for Fortune 500 companies, mid-market leaders, and startups across various industries in project-based services and staff augmentation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever, Apollo, discovering new restaurants, traveling with her husband, and making the most of the outdoors—especially when it’s over 50 degrees!
