Office Coordinator

Faith Borgerding joined BAHAMA Consulting in the spring of 2024 as our Office Coordinator. She plays a key role in HR tasks, including onboarding new hires, and helps with daily administrative duties and operations. Faith is always ready to lend a hand, tackling any challenge with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Before joining BAHAMA Consulting, Faith graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2023. With a background at the Disability Resource Center and experience in the customer service industry, she’s developed a strong set of skills that she applies to her role. Faith’s ability to connect with people and solve problems makes her highly effective in her role. When she's not at work, you can find her traveling, enjoying the great outdoors, or making memories with family and friends!
