Before joining BAHAMA, Kayla gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Specialist at a manufacturing company, where she played a key role in the recruitment process. She was responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the organization, from entry-level positions to more specialized positions. In this role, Kayla developed a deep understanding of the importance of aligning candidates’ skills and qualifications with the company’s needs and culture. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her pug, Doug. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, game nights, and taking advantage of the beautiful patios that Minnesota is known for.
