Kayla connects candidates across industries to their perfect position and client site. She has especially enjoyed working on the allied healthcare side of recruiting. Before joining the BAHAMA team in June 2022, Kayla worked as a Human Resource Specialist for a manufacturing company, specializing in onboarding and recruiting. Her experience there provided necessary skills to succeed in her current profession.
Kayla likes to spend her free time with friends, family, and her pug (named Doug)! She also loves being outdoors, traveling, game nights, and sitting on the wonderful patios Minnesota has to offer.
